We are a general audience site, and do not direct any of our content specifically at children under 13 years of age. We understand and are committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children's privacy online. Any award in an arbitration initiated under this clause shall be limited to monetary damages and shall include no injunction or direction to any party other than the direction to pay a monetary amount.  Further, the arbitrator(s) shall have no authority to award punitive, consequential or other damages not measured by the prevailing party’s actual damages in any arbitration initiated under this section, except as may be required by statute.

You agree that this Privacy Policy describes the entire agreement between us with respect to its subject matter.  Snopel’s Website was created and is operated under the laws of the State of California.   The laws of the State of California will control the Privacy Policy, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws.  Any legal action or proceeding relating to this Privacy Policy shall be instituted in a state or federal court in San Diego County, California.  Your use of this policy submits you to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper, in these courts.
